I hope you love your new hat or headpiece, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied you may return it for an exchange or refund.

To return an item please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and I'll provide the details you need. The item will need to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty. Please only return items in their original packaging.
