Do you take custom orders?

How do I take care of my hat?

When not wearing you hat, keep it in a dry space away from direct light. Always store your hat on a flat surface to avoid damaging the brim (they also look great hanging on a wall or door). Madog hats are made from wool felt so you should avoid wearing it in the rain or it might lose its shape.

What size hat should I buy?

Each product page has a link to a size guide for more information on how to measure your head. Make sure you do this correctly or the hat won't fit!

Where are the products made?

Madog products are made in my millinery workshop in North Wales. Every hat is individually blocked, with the finer details such as the band and embroidery, sewn on by hand.

Where can I try on the hats?
